Matt + Bridget: A Nature/Movie Premier Wedding at Halcyon Hills Farm

I can now check off  “beautifully-executed-woodland-nature-filled-movie-premier-themed-wedding” off my life list, thanks to you, Matt and Bridget! Your wedding, deep in the woods at Halcyon Hills Farm was amazing!

This little four-legged love nearly stole the stage at the wedding, but you can’t blame her for being so cute.

Bridget’s attendants were dressed in the glorious jewel tones that echoed the deep green of the CT woods. Watch for a peek of Bridget’s green shoes as you view this post!

This creative pair met at Keene State University, and now reside in Queens, NY. They took their love of film (Matt’s a professional filmmaker) and tied it to their wedding, with movie-named tables, dazzling lighting created by Matt and dubbed The Business, movies playing on the tent roof and of course, a step-and-repeat for their glamorous guests.

Fire magic by their Halcyon Hill Farm hosts. Weddings here (just a few a year!) have acres upon acres of glorious Connecticut farmland for their ceremony, photos, tent and even a fire pit outside.
