How to Charm Me
Tell me Henry “is soooooo cute, Mom. I want us to have another baby in our family.”
And then, a few days later, tell me that when you are a “big man” you want to “get married when Henry gets married, so you can always live together.”
–William, age FOUR IN JUST SIX DAYS as he would tell you
These little gems tide me over when I hear the usual din, like, “Moooooooom, Henry isn’t sharing!” and “Moooooooom! Henry pulled my hair!”

Anna Sawin is a Connecticut-based portrait, wedding, and editorial photographer. She lives in the shoreline town of Stonington with her family and has discovered the perfect cupcake. Just ask, she is willing to share her secret.
**Gulp**
Kids really say this kind of thing?! Talk about a sales pitch for having kids…
Oh my goodness that is really just too sweet. Man does that little boy know how to play his mom. You are in trouble when he is a “big man.”
ADORABLE!!! 😀
Yep, that would charm the socks off me. Are you sure about stopping at 2, Mom??? Nadia’s been all about a baby sister lately…telling me I need to go tell ask doctor to put one in my belly (shhh, don’t tell her otherwise!). *sigh*
How sweet. He’s got me won over! Good thing the sweetness comes out to over rule the no sharing times!
Ah, he is charming with a capital C!! I think having same sex children is the best thing in the world. When they love each other, they LOVE each other. (Of course the same is true when they are not in “like” with each other, too!)
Loving brothers come from loving parents. You are doing an amazing job raising two wonderful boys.
What a sweetie! Your boys are so lucky to have each other (and you!).
Go for three!
Those two boys are awesome! Kids say the best things!! What’s one more, just another handful of pasta in the pot! My boys try all the time, but only want another boy, no girls! hehehe
Does Will want a brother or a sister?
Just curious…
Will might be on to something…I think you should definitely have another baby in your family!
Oh, so cute! He is just too sweet about his baby brother, but I’m sure not all the time. 😉 At least you get those moments…I NEVER hear that over here.
I need to hold onto the little “gems” also.
